Transportation
Your paper documents are collected by our specially trained, vetted staff and transported to one of our secure storage facilities in Sydney.
Scanning
Your paper files are scanned and checked on our state-of-the-art high speed document scanners, capturing all the information and detail required for your digital archive.
Storage and delivery
Your digital archive can be hosted in our ISO 27001 compliant, secure data centre and accessed via our cloud portal, or uploaded to your existing document management solution.
Preparation
Our fully inclusive rate includes document preparation, staple, paperclip and note removal, and unbinding, ready for scanning and digital conversion.
Conversion
Documents are converted to searchable PDF/A files, or to National Archives standard, for long-term retention. Indexing is added for ease of retrieval and cataloging.
Document destruction
Once converted you may elect to have your physical documents returned to you, or optionally use our secure document destruction process, once you've verified and approved the digital archive.
